河南省引黄灌区井渠结合水资源优化配置研究 被引量:1

Optimizing and Collocating the Water Resources Research about Combining Well with Canal in Henan Yellow River Water Irrigation Districts

摘要 在对河南省引黄灌区水资源现状、开发利用现状及2020年水资源供需平衡分析后得知,河南省引黄灌区将缺水达24.15亿m3,并且缺水也会成为本区社会经济发展的主要障碍之一。实行井渠结合,地上水、地下水联合运用,是解决引黄灌区水资源紧张、实现区域水资源优化配置的重要手段。根据优化配置方案,在中等干旱年,自流灌区平均引黄水量为6646m3/hm2,比现状用水量10968m3/hm2,节约用水量4320m3/hm2,黄河可供水量能满足要求。 After analyzing the present condition of water resources, the present condition of development and utilization, as well as the water resources of balancing supply and demand in 2020 year in Henan Yellow River Water Irrigation Districts, Henan Yellow River Water Irrigation Districts will run short of water amount to 2,415,000,000 m^3. At the same time, wanting water will become one of the main obstacles that slow native social economy. Carrying out combination well and canal ,as well as using overground and underground water together are solution to water resources strain in yellow river water irrigation districts, also are important means that carry on optimizing and collocating the water resources in this district. According to the project of optimize and collocate,irrigation districts flows automatically lead Yellow River water 6646m^3/hm^2 average, which can economize supply water 4320m^3/hm^2 than present 10968m^3/hm^2, then Yellow River water would fill requirement.
