摘要
通过对8所不同层次类型高校的人才培养方案进行实证比较分析,结果发现专业人才培养目标、课程设置框、主干课程和学科专业必修课等存在高度趋同现象。专业制度可能是造成这种趋同的重要原因。学科分类基础上的专业设置严重限制了专业种数的发展,政府权威下的学科专业设置管理严重限制了高校人才培养的分化,学科专业组织的实体化严重阻碍了专业的跨学特色形成。解决大学生就业难问题需要在深层次上改革专业制度,促进高校人才培养的分化和特色形成。
Through empirical comparative analysis on 8 different levels and types of universities' talent cultivation program, we can see that the talent cultivation objective, curriculum framework, main courses and disciplinary required courses majored in laws are highly similar. The important causes might be the professional institution. The specialties setup based on the subject category has seriously restricted the kinds of specialties, and the specialties setup under the management of government has seriously restricted the differentiation of university talent cultivation, the hypostatization of disciplinary professional organization has seriously hindered the formation of interdisciplinary characteristics. To solve the problems of college students' difficult employment needs the reform of professional institution at the deep level so as to promote the differentiation of university talent cultivation and the formation of characteristics.
