摘要
分析定科实习护生的特点,建立完善的临床带教体系,进行定期的考核计划,及时疏导实习护生的心理矛盾,选择专人带教,能有效提高定科实习护生的综合能力,从而培养适合医院的护理人才,有利于医院护理工作的后续发展。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of fixed department interns,it′s concluded that the interns′ comprehensive ability can be improved effectively by establishing perfect clinical teaching system,making periodical performance planning as well as releasing metal stress and being appointed the effective teachers.the suitable nurses can be cultivated for our hospital,which can benefit the further development of nursing service.
