摘要
为了提高减速器的设计效率,以UG三维设计软件和ADAMS运动学动力学分析软件为平台,利用参数化设计方法和虚拟样机技术,在UG中建立减速器零部件的参数化模型并且完成减速器的虚拟装配。将减速器装配模型数据以Parasolid的格式导入ADAMS软件,添加各种约束,输入基本参数,建立减速器虚拟样机模型。对减速器的虚拟样机进行运动仿真分析,验证各轴的传动速度和齿轮间的啮合力,得到的结果与理论计算值相比较分析,数据基本符合,说明虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。
In order to improve the efficiency of designing gear reducer, using the method of parametric design and virtual prototype based on 3d design software UG and ADAMS. Build parametric models of components of gear and complete virtual assembly of reducer in UG. And imports the data of assembly model of reducer to ADAMS software by parasolid format,add into various constraints,enter basical parameters, establishe prototype of reducer, analysis motion simulation of virtual prototyping model of virtual prototype gear reducer, verify the shaft transmission speed and gear mesh,compare and analysis the results of test and theoretical calculation, complies with the data, prove the correction of virtual prototyping model,and the simulation has credibility.
