摘要
利用Nd3+:YAG激光器和电刷镀设备制备了激光强化电刷镀Ni层,采用X-射线衍射法测定了镀层的轴向残余应力,分析了残余应力随镀层厚度变化的情况。结果表明,当镀层δ从10μm增加到200μm时,激光电刷镀Ni层轴向残余应力由压应力逐渐过渡为拉应力,最大值为197 MPa(激光功率300W、镀层δ为200μm),比普通电刷镀Ni层减小约352 MPa。初步分析了激光强化对电刷镀Ni层的轴向残余应力的影响机理。
The variation of residual stress of laser enhanced electro-brush plating(LEBP) Ni coatings with coating thickness was investigated by X-ray diffraction method.The results indicated that LEBP Ni coatings' axis-direction surface residual stress was turned from compressive stress to tensile stress when the thickness varied from 10μm to 200μm.The maximal residual stress of Ni coating prepared by 300W laser power is 197 MPa at the coating thickness of 200μm,which is lower than that of ordinary electro brush plating coating about 352 MPa.The mechanism of affecting coating residual stress by LEBP process was analyzed.
