铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药分析

摘要 目的:分析我院2004年1月~2010年5月铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药情况,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用kirby-Buner纸片扩散法对临床分析的650株铜绿假单胞菌进行抗生素敏感性测定。结果:铜绿假单胞菌以下呼吸道和尿路感染为主,耐药率最低为美洛培南占6.6%,而亚胺培南的耐药率有增高趋势,占16。1%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药菌珠对常用抗菌药物耐药性更强,多重耐药现象十分严重,合理运用抗菌药物可控制和减缓细菌耐药性的增长。
