水杨酸盐体外抑制铜绿假单胞菌外膜蛋白OprD_2的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨水杨酸盐对铜绿假单胞菌碳青酶烯类抗生素耐药机制的影响。方法 以亚胺培南为代表 ,分析不同浓度的水杨酸盐 ,对 10株临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌体外抗菌活性、Opr D2 相对含量的影响。结果 随着水杨酸盐浓度的增高 ,亚胺培南体外抗菌活性逐渐下降 ,Opr D2 的相对含量逐渐减少。结论 水杨酸盐能抑制铜绿假单胞菌 Opr D2 的表达 。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of sodium salicylates on the mechanism of carbapenems resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. METHODS To analyze the relationship between different concentration of sodium salicylates and antibacterial activity of imipenem in vitro, relative amounts of OprD 2 in 10 isolates. RESULTS With the elevation of inducible concentration of sodium salicylates, the antibacterial activity of imipenem in vitro dropped gradually, the relative amounts of OprD 2 decreased too. CONCLUSIONS Sodium salicylates depress the synthesis of OprD 2 in P. aeruginosa to induce the resistance to carbapenems.
