植入式静脉输液港临床应用的管理标准作业程序 被引量：23

摘要 目的:探讨植入式静脉输液港长期正常使用的标准作业程序管理。方法:通过对14例植入静脉输液港患者进行术前谈话及知情同意后签字;制订、执行静脉输液港日常使用、维护的标准化操作流程;遵守标准操作流程,做好日常使用及维护管理。结果:14例患者在使用中无1例发生感染、完全堵管、输液港穿刺隔硅胶损坏等并发症。结论:植入式静脉输液港临床应用中,设计并执行标准操作程序,减少了操作的差异性,便于管理、稳定服务质量,防止并发症的发生。
