摘要
目的： 探讨经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术对治疗二尖瓣狭窄的临床疗效。方法： 应用改良Ｉｎｏｕｅ 法对二尖瓣狭窄进行分离。结果：３２ 例二尖瓣狭窄经皮球囊成形术（ＰＢＭＶ） 全部成功，随访６ 个月至２ 年显示心功能及二尖瓣口面积持续改善。结论： ＰＢＭＶ 是一种创伤小、痛苦小。
Objective: To study the clinical result of the mitral valve forming operation on 32 cases with PBMV.Methods: To separate mitral stenosis with improved lnone method.Results: All the forming operations by PBMV on 32 mitral cases were successful.Follouing interview for 6 months to 2 years showed that the symptoms of the heart function and the opening area of mitral valve were continually improved.Conclusion: The mitral valve forming operation is a non-surgical method to treat mitral valve stenosis with the results of small wound area,less pain,high safety and fast convalescence.
