摘要
本文对80例风湿性心脏病患者在行二尖瓣球囊成形术前进行双平面超声心动图检查(TEE),共有30例无手术适应症,其它50例,1例因房间隔严重增厚钙化,手术时房间隔穿刺失败,余手术均成功,疗效良好.认为TEE为二尖瓣球囊成形术选择适当病人,提高手术效果和安全性,提供一种简便、可靠的评价方法.
Eighty cases with heumatic heart disease were examined by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) before percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) were performed. 30 patients were no indicated for PBMV, the rest 50 patients procedured PBMV with good result except one case failed in puncturing interval of atrium because it was thicked and calcificated. It is considered that TEE is a simple and reliable procedure to select switble patients for PBMV, and the effectiveness and safety of PBMW to improve.
