摘要
针对我国期刊学术论文英文摘要质量普遍较差的现状,分析其原因,认为期刊管理部门相关政策和标准规范模糊、编辑部重视程度、作者英文水平和英文摘要编辑素质是影响我国期刊学术论文英文摘要质量的重要因素,参考前人有关研究成果提出,在质量控制理论的指导下,从影响期刊英文摘要质量的环节和因素上,进行事前、事中和事后质量控制。
With regard to the status quo of quality of English abstract of Chinese periodicals,this paper gave a analysis of its reasons and proposed to control the quality of English abstract of Chinese periodicals by beforehand control,processing control and post-action control from the following aspects： the author,the editor of English abstract,the editorial department of periodicals,the national publishing management department.
