文中介绍一种用于测量运动物体角速度的微机械角速度传感器,包括其结构组成、工作机理、运动方程、制作工艺以及测试结果。由于其尺寸的大幅度减小,使它在许多领域都有极其广泛的应用,是当今微米/纳米技术发展的一个主要方向。
A micromechanical angular rate sensor applied to measure the angular rate of the moving objects is presented,including the structural components,the principle of operation,the equation of motion ,the fabrication processes and the test results.Owing to its minimum size and weight,the micromechanical angular rate sensor will play an important role in many areas.It is also the direction of the micro/nanometer technology development.
