以EGSB反应器作为预处理系统处理高温、低浓度、难降解的PVC离心母液化工废水,通过逐渐增加PVC离心母液废水占葡萄糖模拟废水比例的方法来驯化厌氧微生物,在容积负荷和水力停留时间分别保持在0.2 kgCOD/(m3.d)和50 h左右时,对COD的去除率维持在约80%,实现了系统的成功启动。继续提升负荷以考察系统的最大处理效能,当容积负荷达到0.6kgCOD/(m3.d)、水力停留时间为16 h时,对COD的去除率也能达到70%左右。对停止运行2个月的反应器,通过逐渐增加负荷的方式运行,系统能在12 d内完成启动。该系统运行高效、稳定,大大减轻了后续处理工艺的负荷,为PVC离心母液后续处理工艺的连续稳定运行提供了保证。
An expanded granular sludge bed reactor (EGSB) was employed as the pretreatment system to treat high temperature, low concentration and refractory mother liquid of polyvinyl chloride. The anaerobic microorganisms were acclimatized by gradually increasing the proportion of the mother liq- uid of polyvinyl chloride in glucose simulated wastewater. When the volume loading rate and hydraulic re- tention time are about 0.2 kgCOD/(m3 ~ d) and 50 h, the removal rate of COD is approximately 80%. The start-up of the system is successfully achieved. The loading rate is further increased to investigate the maximum treatment capacity of the system. When the volume loading rate and hydraulic retention time are 0.6 kgCOD/(m3 · d) and 16 h, the removal rate of COD is 70%. For the restart-up of the reactor after two month suspension, the loading rate is gradually increased, which results in a successful start-up within 12 days. The expanded granular sludge bed reactor is an efficient and reliable system in operation when pretreating the mother liquid of polyvinyl chloride, thus reducing the load of the subsequent process, and ensuring safe and stable operation for the subsequent process.
