摘要
采用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对聚氯乙烯离心母液中化学成分进行定性和定量分析,结果表明,离心母液中双酚A含量较高,其对水样总有机碳的贡献率为52.300/.大量双酚A进入离心母液中,不仅造成原辅料浪费,也造成水体污染,应加强聚氯乙烯清洁生产工艺的研发.
To provide the basis for the treatment and discharge of wastewater, the spectrophotormetry and high performance liquid chromatography were adopted to analyze the chemical composition in mother liquid of polyvinyl chloride by qualitative and quantificational methods . The result shows that the content of bisphenol A is high in mother liquid and 52.3% of total organic carbon (TOC) of water sample is owing to it. Abundant bisphenol A entering into the mother liquid not only wastes raw materials but also causes water pollution. So clean production technology of polyvinyl chloride should be enhanced.
