微乳闪式提取丹参脂溶性成分研究 被引量:13

Study on Application of Smashing Tissue Extraction in Extracting Fat-Soluble Compounds of Salvia Miltiorrhiza by Microemulsion

摘要 目的:探讨微乳技术与闪式提取结合应用于丹参脂溶性成分提取的适用性。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA的提取率作为丹参脂溶性成分的指标,分别比较不同提取方式和不同溶剂对丹参中丹参酮ⅡA提取率的影响;采用正交设计,对丹参微乳闪式提取工艺的影响因素进行考察。结果:以微乳为溶剂,闪式提取可在数分钟内提取出丹参中80%~90%的丹参酮ⅡA;工艺条件中提取次数和微乳的稀释倍数对丹参酮ⅡA的提取率有非常显著影响。结论:微乳技术结合闪式提取应用于中药丹参有效成分的提取具有高效、快速的特点,应用前景良好。 Objective:To study the feasibility of extracting salvia miltiorrhiza by smashing tissue extraction and microemulsion technology.Method:To measure the content of tanshinon ⅡA in salvia miltiorrhiza microemulsion extracting solution by HPLC.Making microemulsion as a solvent to extract salvia miltiorrhiza by smashing tissue extraction,heating countercurrent extraction,ultrasonic extraction and compare the extraction rate of tanshinonⅡA.U-sing orthogonal design to analyze on effect factors of the smashing tissue extraction.Result:The extraction rate of tanshinon ⅡA is 80%~90% by smashing tissue extraction and microemulsion technology.Extraction frequency and microemulsion dilution multiple of smashing tissue extraction have very significant impact on the extraction rate of tanshinon ⅡA.Conclusion:Combination smashing tissue extraction with microemulsion technology to extract the active compounds of salvia miltiorrhiza has efficient and fast characteristics and better application prospect.
