摘要
目的：比较锁定加压板与重建板治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效；方法：通过回顾性分析比较44例分别应用锁定加压钛板与重建钛板治疗锁骨骨折的治疗效果；结果：经过22～34个月的随访，锁定加压纽及重建钛板纽治疗锁骨骨折纽的优良率分别为94．4％、80．7％，重建板组有5例骨不连，而锁定板组有2例骨不连；结论：锁定加压板及重建板都是治疗锁骨骨折的有效手段，相比较而言，锁定加压板在早期活动、骨折愈合影响小等方面更有优势。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of treatments for the clavicular fracture compareing the locking compression plate with the reconstruction plate; Methods： A retrospective analysis was made to 44cases for the clavicular fracture .26 cases were treated by the locking compression plate. 18 cases were treated by the reconstruction plate;Resuhs： All the cases were followed up 22-34 months .The post-treatment excellent and good rate in the locking compression plate group was 94.4%. The post-treatment excellent and good rate in the reconstruction plate group was 80.7%.There were 5 cases suffered from non-conjuction in the reconstruction plate group,and 2 cases in the locking compression plate group.Conclusion： The treatments of interal fixtion with reconstruction plate and locking compression plate are effective means for clavicular fractures .But the treatment with the locking compression plate possess such advantage as firm fixtion and quick recovery of joint function.
