摘要
目的:观察和比较波形与直形钢板内固定对局部皮质骨血供的影响。方法:采用微血管墨汁灌注技术观察了两种钢板固定于完整兔股骨干后不同时期皮质骨内微循环的形态改变。结果:直形钢板固定后板下及板对侧皮质骨微循环出现早期血管减少,以后反应性增生的变化;波形钢板固定后板下早期未见明显血管减少,后期亦反应性增生,但不如直形钢板固定侧剧烈。结论:波形钢板内固定对骨内微循环的影响明显弱于直形钢板,其引起骨质疏松的状况亦低于直形钢板。
Objecitves:To elucidate the effect of waveplate and straight plate internal fixation on the local bone blood supply. Methods: Microangiography was used to observe the morphological changes of microcirculation of the cortical bones obtained from intact rabbit femurs on which the two kind of plates had been fixed. Results: Bone microcirculation under straight plate underwent a process from early depression to late reactive increasement. By contrast, that under waveplate underwent early nondepression and late weaker reactive increasement. Conclusions: The effect on local bone microcirculation of waveplate was weaker than straight plate, which had the compact correlation with the osteoporosis induced by internalfixation.
