摘要
采用酒石酸铁比色法和三氯化铝比色法测定了桑叶中多酚与黄酮类物质含量。结果表明：桑树中存在多酚和黄酮类物质，其中桑树嫩头的含量较高，下部叶片的含量较少。
In this experiment,the content of polyphenal and anthoxanthin materials were tested by means of tartaric acid and Alcl 3 colorimetry.The result showed that polyphenal and anthoxanthin materials indeed existed in mulberry leaves,especially in tender leaves with high contain.
