摘要
对拉深侧冲孔圆桶进行了冲压模具设计。首先,通过对制件进行工艺性分析,确定了工艺方案;确定了模具的类型及结构;其次,作了主要设计计算、模具相关零件设计及相关设备的选取等设计项目。
The stamping die for deep-drawing side-punching drums has been designed in the text.Firstly,the process project and the type structure of die have been confirmed based on the work piece analysis.Then the main design calculation,design of mold-related parts and selection of related equipment have been executed,which is to provide reference for the design of related parts.
