摘要
我们采用基因工程抗体制备技术，从分泌抗人 ｂ Ｆ Ｇ Ｆ单抗的鼠杂交瘤细胞成功地克隆了其轻链可变区基因，并对其进行了序列测定及抗体基因结构分析。这为构建 ｂ Ｆ Ｇ Ｆ单链抗体，防止 ｂ Ｆ Ｇ Ｆ引起的副作用及进行体内定位诊断等研究打下了基础。
We have cloned and sequenced the light chain variable region gene of mouse anti human basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)monoclonal antibody from morse hybridoma cell with genetic engineering antibody preparation technique,and analysed the structure of the light chain variable region gene.These provide a basis for further construction of anti bFGF single chain Fv fragment,which is useful for studing on location diagnose in vivo and preventing of bFGF side effect.
