摘要
采用杂交瘤技术，获得了４株稳定分泌抗蛇毒类凝血酶的单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株，均属ＩｇＧ１ｋ链，４株杂交瘤细胞培养上清液效价为 ４ × １０－１～４ × １０－２，腹水效价为 ４ × １０－１～３．２ ×１０－５。
Monoclonal antibodies (McAb) against thrombin-like enzyme (TLE) in snake venom were produced by fusing Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Bal b/c mice immunized with TLE. Four hybridoma cell lines secreting specific antibodies against TLE were obtained by screening hybridoma culture supernatants using ELISA with TLE on solid phase. All of McAbs were IgG1K. The titers of hybridoma culture supernatants ranged from 4 ×10-1-3. 2 × 10-2, and from 4 × 10-4-3 - 2 ×10-5 in ascites.
