摘要
将经过48h,96h,144h,192h老化处理的杜梨种子,经过低温沙藏后晾干,用20%的PEG处理,时间分别为6,12,18小时,经培养后测定其生理生化指标及活力,结果表明,PEG处理可以提高各老化种子的活力,表现在渗漏减少,有害物质减少,SOD活性提高。
P. betul aefolia Bge seeds of Aging was treated of 48h.96h. 144h.192h.After low temperature sand Store, seeds are treated with 20 percent polyethylane glucol(PEG),and aretreated the time of 6h.12h.18h.Determination of physiologieal Bioehemical index and vigor, the result indicated that the vigor of aging seeds increased, electrolyte leakage decreased, poisonous substance de-creased, and SOD vigor increased by PEG treatment.
