加工番茄种子处理对幼苗叶片部分内含物的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Treated Seed of Processing Tomato with Different Drugs on Leaf Content of Seedlings

摘要 实验用聚乙二醇(PEG)、CaSO4、肽微肥、KH2PO4、尿素、脱落酸(ABA)不同浓度配比的溶液处理加工番茄种子。结果表明,加工番茄苗期叶内脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量有极显著的增加,说明这些药剂配比可以提高加工番茄的苗期抗寒性。 In this experiment, different concentration solution of several chemicals (PEG, ABA, Urea, KH2PO1, CaSO1,Peptide) were used to treat the seeds of processing tomato. The internal material ontents in seedling leaves of the treated tomato were measured. The results showed that the contents of both proline and soluble sugar in seedling stage were significantly increased and that the cold resistance in seedling stage was improved obviously.
