胫骨远端开放性骨折的手术方式选择及伤口处理 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胫骨远端开放性骨折的治疗手术方式及伤口处理方法,总结其疗效。方法收治胫骨远端开放性骨折105例,根据伤情选择5种手术方式:①软组织的一期修复加骨折的一期修复;②软组织的一期修复加骨折的二期修复;③软组织的二期修复加骨折的一期修复。④软组织的二期修复加骨折的二期修复;⑤截肢术。结果本组随访6～54个月。本组截肢术3例,保肢术102例,创面愈合良好85例,平均骨折愈合时间为41周。结论胫骨远端开放性骨折,伤情复杂,皮肤软组织容易发生缺血性坏死,处理困难,选择适当的手术方案有助于提高远期临床疗效。
