摘要
自20世纪90年代国内学者引入"循环经济"概念以来,中国的循环经济研究历经数十年的发展,已经逐渐由开始的概念理论研究向社会实践推广转变。本文简要综述了中国循环经济的研究状况,在继承与拓展前人研究成果的基础上,创新性的提出了循环经济运行的另一载体—社区,进而基于广义物质流管理的角度社区循环经济发展进行了系统的理论推演,探讨了在中国推广发展社区循环经济的机会和问题,旨在为循环经济理论研究和实践推动提供新的研究视角和发展路径。
Since the Chinese scientist introduced the concept of circular economy to China in 1990s,the circular economic development in China has been switched from the phase of theory research to the realistic practice.However,due to some reasons,the research on circular economy is still needed to perfect.Based on the summary of the review to the circular economy research and practice in China,this paper proposes an innovational concept called ＂Community Circular Economy＂.This paper discussed the challenges and opportunities to develop ＂Community Circular Economy＂ in China,which aims to rich the theory of circular economy,and push the development to a higher level.
