摘要
社会中间阶层,是由以专业知识技术的创造与使用为谋生手段的一些人构成的中等收入人群。中间阶层扩大,是社会分配公正合理的重要标志。职业教育在帮助人们获得职业技能、提高劳动力市场竞争力,以增加经济收入、提高社会地位,向上一层社会流动方面发挥着重要的作用。把培养劳动者的可持续发展能力与职业资格作为重要目标,提升职业教育培养人才的学历层次,加强职教与普教的融通等应该成为职业教育改革发展的重要方向。
The middle class indicates a group of middle-income people who normally make their living by the professional knowledge and technology.The expanding of middle class is an important symbol of fair and reasonable society.Vocational education and training plays important role in helping citizens getting knowledge and working skills to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market,to increase their income and improve their social status.Taking the cultivation of sustainable development abilities and professional qualification as important objectives,enhancing the talent cultivation level and strengthening the integration of vocational education and general education should become reform and development directions of vocational education.
