摘要
随着科技进步以及对环境保护的日益关注,产品生命周期不断缩短,废旧产品回收面临越来越大的压力。企业在从事产品回收活动的过程中不仅要考虑立法要求,还要从企业实际出发,综合考虑再生对企业原材料采购、制造库存、产品销售及企业形象、利润等所产生的直接或间接影响。文章建立产品回收再生闭环供应链系统结构模型,通过因果回路图、存量流量图对产品回收再生动态行为进行分析,并借助系统动力学仿真实验工具Vensim软件对产品回收再生动态市场行为,特别是回收再生利用与产品市场份额、销售率之间的相互关系进行数值分析。研究结果表明,再生有利于企业市场份额、销售率的提高。
With the scientific and technological progress and the increasing attention on environmental protection,the life cycle of product is getting shorter;and product return is facing greater pressure.While engaged in product return,the enterprises should not only consider the requirement of legislation,but also consider the direct and indirect effect of product return on raw material purchasing,manufacturing,storage,selling,enterprise's image and profit.The authors propose a closed-loop supply chain system structure model for product return recycling.Based on this,the dynamic behavior of product recycling is analyzed in detail through causal loop diagram,stocks and flow diagram.Finally,the numerical analysis focus on the relationship between recycling and product market shares and sales rates was studied.It shows that return product recycling will be benefit for the increase of market share and sales rate.
