摘要
随着科学技术水平的发展,以及我国对网络建设方面的加强,网络招投标以它快捷高效,成本低,覆盖面广的优势,必将成为我国招投标业的发展趋势。在介绍网络招投标的模式,业务流程的阶段划分后,从网络招投标的发展现状中归纳总结现阶段所面临的问题;同时,从全过程网络招投标的交易系统,交易利益相关方,交易环境三方面分析在网络招投标中可能存在的风险,对全过程网络招投标进行风险识别。
As the development of the interact and the more investment from the government to the network buihling, the network bidding will be the trend of the bidding for its high efficiency, low cost, and wide scale. On one hand, the paper introduces the modes, working process division, and finds the problems that the network bidding in our country has to face ; on another hand, the paper also analyzes the risk of network bidding from the business exchange system, the parties, and the environment.
