摘要
随着计算机网络的快速发展,招标投标也由原来的手工操作方式逐步转变到在Internet网上进行的方式。网上招标投标是指通过专用招标投标电子商务平台,供应商、招标方通过网上传递投标数据,开标、评标均采用电子手段,通过网络发布中标结果的一种招投标方式。凭借互联网的运行成本低、覆盖面广的优势,结合企业实际,介绍了企业网上招投标系统的实现。
With the rapid development of computer and intemet, the operating of bidding has been gradually changed to be completed on the intemet from the traditional way. Bidding on intemet is the way that suppliers and customer are using special e-commerce bidding platform to transmit the tender, evaluate and release the result of bidding. It has turned the traditional operating of bidding into a simple, convenient and swift process by taking the advantage of low-cost and wide-covered intemet. The author introduces the realization of the bidding system on intemet according to the actual situation.
