摘要
学科集群与产业集群协同创新是区域创新体系建设的核心。在梳理国内外关于学科集群、产业集群与协同创新相关研究成果的基础上,探讨了加强湖北省学科集群与产业集群协同创新研究的必要性及其研究内容,研究的内容主要包括:探索学科集群和产业集群的发展规律,探求产业集群与创新集群的内在关系及其发展趋势,分析学科集群与产业集群的匹配度、形成原因与发展的协同创新机理,提出学科与产业集群协同创新为导向的发展模式和创建特色产业集群发展政策体系。
Collaborative innovation between subject clusters and industrial clusters is the high priority issue in the regional innovation system. Based on generalizing international theoretical research trend associated with subject clusters, industrial clusters, aud its relationships, the article proposes the necessities and contents of strengthening collaborative innovation among subject clusters and industrial clusters in Hubei province. In this research domain, there are several main topics as follows： to explore the developmental law of subject clusters and industrial cluster; to investigate their intrinsic relationship, development trends; to analyze the matching of subject clusters and industrial clusters; to debate on the mechanism of collaborative innovation; to propose the collaborative innovation - oriented development modes and public policies on the development of characteristic industrial clusters in Hubei province.
