摘要
目的：观察瞬间性高眼压对视网膜功能的影响。方法：以视网膜电图测定８只长尾伊文氏鼠１６眼在瞬间性高眼压不同的持续时间ａ波及ｂ波振幅的变化。结果：瞬间性高眼压持续的时间对视网膜电图ａ波及ｂ波振幅的变化具有显著的影响（ｐ＜０．０５），尤其对ｂ波振幅变化的影响更为明显。结论：瞬间性高眼压持续的时间可影响视网膜功能的恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effects of transient intraocular hypertension on retinal function.Methods:ERG in 8 Evens rat was performed before and after transient intraocular hypertension.Results:The changes of a wave and b wave amplitude were significant difference (P<0 05) after transient intraocular hypertension.Conclusions:The time of transient intraocular hypertension can affect the retinal function recovery.
