环氧合酶-2与Barrett's食管和食管腺癌的关系 被引量：2

Cyclooxygenase-2 is associated with Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma

摘要 Barrett's食管(BE)被认为是食管腺癌(EAC)的癌前病变,环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在BE和EAC中表达增加,可能是BE向EAC转化的早期分子事件。COX-2基因多态性研究显示COX-2-1195G→A基因型人群患EAC等消化系统肿瘤的风险增加。COX-2可能通过抑制细胞凋亡和刺激细胞增殖、促进肿瘤血管、淋巴管生成、影响细胞周期进程等多种机制促进EAC的发生、发展。而COX-2抑制剂对BE和EAC的防治作用尚无一致结论,COX-2相关的基因治疗可能有较好的前景。
