钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石110例分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的安全性及有效性。方法:分析我院自2008年8月至今,应用钬激光输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石90例的临床资料,其中输尿管上段结石10例,中段结石17例,下段结石83例;合并有输尿管狭窄的有10例,输尿管息肉的4例,既往有体外冲击波碎石(ES-WL)的有11例,患侧输尿管内多发结石的3例。结果:输尿管下段结石均一次碎石成功;10例上段结石中2例碎石后残石部分漂回肾盂;17例中段结石中2例患者输尿管狭窄严重,输尿管镜上行困难;4例输尿管结石合并息肉者均充分切割、气化至输尿管内腔光滑通畅后,碎石成功。单次结石粉碎成功率达96.4%(106/110)。结论:钬激光输尿管镜治疗泌尿系结石是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法。
