摘要
目的总结输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石伴息肉的疗效和操作技巧。方法回顾性分析输尿管镜下钬激光治疗31例输尿管结石伴息肉患者的临床资料。结果31例患者中一次性手术成功27例，占87％，其中上段结石治愈7例，中段结石治愈15例，下段结石治愈5例。另4例输尿管上段结石部分结石串返肾盂，予体外碎石。所有患者的手术时间30-70min，术后平均住院时间为4．5d。结论输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石伴息肉是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方法，是治疗输尿管结石合并息肉的首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and operation technique of holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral stones with polyps. Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of ureteral stones with polyps treated by holmium laser lithotripsy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 27 cases were accomplished in one-stage operation, accounting for 87% （ 27/31 ） , among which 7 cases were upper ureter stones, 15 cases middle ureter stones, 5 cases lower ureter stones. 4 cases of upper ureteral stones escaped back to the renal pelvis, and then treated with extracorporeal lithotripsy. Operation time of all patients was 30-70minutes, and the average hospitalization time was 4.5 days. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ureteral stones with polyps. It is the first choice for the treatment of ureteral stones with polyps.
