摘要
以 Z L50 装载机动臂关键部位实测的应力谱和 16 M n 焊接头疲劳试验数据为依据,建立了随机载荷下结构疲劳寿命计算的概率模型,根据该模型对装载机动臂进行了可靠疲劳寿命计算。预测结果与实际使用寿命取得一致,为动臂疲劳强度评估及结构改进提供了依据。
Based on the stress spectra obtained by service loads monitored from the model ZL50 wheel loader and the fatigue data of 16Mn welded joints, the paper calculates the reliability fatigue life of the loader working arm and sets up the model of fatigue life calculation under random loading. The result is identical with practical life, which can be used for the working arm fatigue strength assessment and the improvement of structure.
