摘要
本文以209型焊接转向架构架为研究对象,根据概率统计理论以及疲劳损伤原理,建立了结构在随机载荷谱作用下可靠性疲劳寿命的计算方法.利用实测整理的程序载荷谱和焊接接头疲劳试验数据,对该构架进行了实例计算,并将恒幅载荷下的计算结果进行了试验验证.
In this paper,the frame of Type 209 bagie is token as study object. On the basis of probability statistical theory and fatigue damage principle, the calculating method of reliability fatigue life on construction is set up under random load spectrum.Using Statistical random load spectrum and fatigue testing data of welding joints,the reliability fatigue life of this frame is calculated,and the calculation results under constant load cycling are tested and verified.
