摘要
从玉米的食品加工、饲料加工和深加工等方面阐述了玉米加工的产品开发和综合利用情况。在我国，玉米的综合利用价值极高，具有较高的工业加工价值。随着现代工业的玉米分离提取技术的应用，把玉米的综合利用率由过去的80％提高到98％-99％，从而大大降低了玉米加工产品成本。现阶段我国玉米加工转化主要有3条途径，工业加工，饲料加工，过腹转化和食品加工。随着玉米的应用领域逐渐扩大，我们希望将来研究出更多、更好、更新的产品。
In this paper, it was summarized to food processing, feed processing and deep processing of corn and other aspects of product development and comprehensive utilization of processing conditions. In China, corn has a high use value and high industrial processing value. As the modern industrial corn extraction technology, the comprehensive utilization rate of corn was increased from 80% to 98%~99%, thus this lead to greatly reducing the cost of the product of corn processing, corn processing and transformation of China at this stage has three main ways inculding industrial processing, feed processing, food processing. With the gradual expansion of application fields of corn, and we hope that better and newer products will be worked out.
