摘要
地方高等职业教育的"三层对接"即"学校对接产业,专业对接行业企业,师生对接职业岗位",应是地方高等职业院校办学的发展方向。对此,地方高等职业院校应走进政府产业部门,创新合作载体,校地互动促进产业合作建设;建立挂职机制,开展工作任务分析开发课程,共建专业实训基地,校企合作推进专业建设;创建教师企业实践机制,学生岗位实践多样化,工学结合推进教学建设。
Three-layer integration in local vocational and technical colleges,which is schools integrating with industries,majors integrating with enterprises,and teachers and students integrating with occupations,should be the development direction of school-running.Therefore local vocational and technical colleges should enter the department of government and industries,innovate the cooperation carrier,and promote industrial cooperation interactively;establish the temporary post mechanism,analyze and develop the curriculum by work task,build the professional training base,and enhance the major construction with the help from industries;create a practice mechanism of teachers,offer various post practice of students,and promote the teaching construction combining work and learning.
