摘要
合理的储能技术能够有效缓解光伏发电对电网带来的负面影响。该文在验证了光伏波动低频特性的基础上,提出利用储能电池平抑光伏出力短期波动的运行策略及储能电池最优容量的评估方法。通过光伏出力预测,控制储能电池的存储与输出功率,减小光伏出力的不确定性。基于储能电池单位成本下最长利用时间,建立电池最优容量的数学模型。通过实例验证,总结了影响电池最优容量的关键因素,在实现光伏出力可调节的前提下,最大效率地利用储能电池。
The negative influence on grid caused by the characteristic of solar energy can be alleviated by the utilization of energy storage.On the basis of the verification of low frequency characteristic of PV wave,an effective method of the full use of energy storage battery to stabilize the PV power short-term fluctuation is proposed.Through photovoltaic power prediction,with the control of energy storage and output,the uncertainty of photovoltaic power is reduced.Based on the longest using time of the battery for unit cost,the mathematical model is established for the optimal capacity of energy storage battery.Verified by practical examples,the key factors of the optimal capacity are summarized.Then,the maximum efficiency in the use of energy storage battery can be obtained to ensure the regulation of PV output.
