摘要
目的了解医学生的竞争态度特点及其影响因素,为医学新生良性竞争态度的培养提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对山西医科大学2009级新生进行调查,调查内容包括成就动机量表和竞争态度量表及自编一般情况问卷。结果医学生良性竞争态度得分(3.76±0.61)高于过度竞争态度得分(3.02±0.45),差异有统计学意义(t=30.18,P<0.05);其中男生过度竞争态度得分(39.82±6.08)明显高于女生得分(38.98±5.65),差异有统计学意义(t=2.08,P<0.05);自信者良性竞争态度得分(54.38±7.63)与一般学生(48.94±9.82)及自卑者得分(48.94±9.82)相比,差异有统计学意义(F=23.93,P<0.05);而过度竞争态度得分在自信者(39.33±5.78)、自卑者(40.36±5.21)和一般学生得分(38.85±5.74)中的差异有统计学意义(F=3.15,P<0.05);医学生中自我目标越清晰,良性竞争态度得分越高(F=9.87,P<0.05);良性竞争态度高分组人际关系和谐者(49.08%)高于低分组(18.62%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.40,P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,成就动机、自信水平和经济状况对医学生良性竞争得分有显著影响(P值均<0.05)。结论提高医学生的成就动机和自信心,有助于促进良性竞争态度的形成,进而提高人际关系和谐程度。
Objective To understand the characteristics competitive attitude and its influencing factors of the medical students.Methods Totally 1 023 medical freshmen were investigated with AMS questionnaire and competitive attitude scale in the Shanxi Medical University.Results The score of development competitive attitude（3.76±0.61）was higher than that of hypercompetitive attitude（3.02±0.45）,and the boys scored higher（39.82±6.08）than girls（38.98±5.65）in hypercompetitive attitude（t=2.08,P0.05）.The medical students with high self-esteem had higher scores in development competitive attitude（F=23.93,P0.05）and lower scores in hypercompetitive attitude（F=3.15,P0.05）than those with low self-esteem.The medical students with clear goal had higher scores in development competitive attitude（F=9.87,P0.05）.The medical students with higher scores in development competitive attitude had more harmonious interpersonal relationship（χ2=31.40,P0.05）.Achievement motivation,self-confidence and economic status showed a significant effect on the development competitive attitude（F=52.87,P0.05）.Conclusion For the medical students,the development competitive attitude can be improved by increasing their achievement motivation and self-confidence,which maybe result in more harmonious interpersonal relationship.
