摘要
以烷基胺、二硫化碳等为原料合成了一种含硫酯型抗氧剂,并与酚型、胺型抗氧剂进行复配,开发了一种复合型抗氧剂体系。采用PDSC、SRV摩擦磨损试验机等试验考察了该复合抗氧剂体系在加氢润滑油基础油和API SL汽油机油复合剂中的抗氧化性能以及对二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼MoDTC在自主配方API SL汽油机油氧化前后摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,开发的复合抗氧剂体系具有良好的抗氧化效果,表现出良好的协同效应,具有一定的极压性能,在添加了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼MoDTC的成品油深度氧化后,仍然保持优良的减摩性能。
A sulfide-containing easter lubricant additive was synthesized by amine, carbon bisulfide etc., and a new complex antioxidant was developed by incorporating hindered phenol and aromatic amine antioxidants into it. The tribological and anti-oxidation performance of said complex antioxidant in hydrogenated lube base stock and gasoline engine oil were evaluated by rotary bomb oxidation test (RBOT), pressurized differential scanning calorimeter (PDSC) and wear tester. Results showed that said complex antioxidant exhibited excellent anti-oxidation performance, positive synergistic effect with other additives and certain extreme pressure properties. Furthermore, this complex antioxidant was helpful to improve the anti-oxidation property of MoDTC for keeping product having good friction reducing properties even after oxidation.
