北京市南城儿童微量元素缺乏的新特征 被引量:10

New characteristics of microelement deficiency in children of southern district in Beijing

摘要 目的观察健康体检儿童血铜、铁、锌、钙、镁、铅的水平,分析当前北京市南城(宣武、崇文及丰台区)儿童微量元素缺乏症的特点,为儿童合理补充微量元素、调整饮食结构及健康指导提供理论依据。方法取300名健康体检0~14岁儿童静脉血,分离血清后采用原子吸收分光光度计测定血清铜、铁、锌、钙、镁、铅含量。结果在观察人群中,76.0%儿童血清锌含量低于正常,女性比率略高于男性(P〈0.05);有46.6%儿童出现血铜含量降低,女性比率也略高于男性(P〈0.05);41.6%儿童存在血铁含量降低,男女比率相当;以上微量元素缺乏均未有明显的年龄分布特点。有5.0%儿童出现血铅含量升高,以男性为主,主要集中在0~3岁婴幼儿和10~14岁学龄儿童。本次研究中钙缺乏和镁缺乏的儿童均检出1例。结论当前北京市南城儿童中以缺锌、缺铜及缺铁为主,部分儿童出现高血铅。 Objective To study the current status of microelement deficiency in healthy children of southern district in Beijing.Methods Blood samples of 300 healthy children aged from 0 to 14 years were examined for serum levels of copper,ferrum,zinc,calcium,magnesium and plumbum by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results The data in this study demonstrated that deficiencies of zinc(76.0%),copper(46.6%) and ferrum(41.6%) were main microelement deficiency in healthy children,and high serum level of plumbum was also seen in 5.0% children.Deficiencies in these microelements were mainly involved in children with age range of 0-3 and 10~14 years old.Conclusion Deficiencies of zinc,copper and ferrum were currently new characteristics of microelement deficiency in healthy children in southern district of Beijing,and elevation in serum level of plumbum was also seen in a small portion of children.
