高韧性球铁连杆铸件的生产实践

摘要 针对2Z-3/8型压缩机用高韧性球铁连杆的伸长率和冲击韧性达不到验收指标、废品率高达50%的生产状况,采取了有效的解决措施:选择合适的化学成分、一次性球化处理、浇口杯瞬时孕育及严格控制熔炼与浇注工艺。使产品质量显著提高,铸件成品率达到98%以上。 In practical production of the high-toughness ductile iron connecting rod for 2Z-3/8 compress,the elongation and impact toughness of the casting can not reach the acceptance standard,and the rejection rate as high as 50%.In order to solve the problem,some effective measures were adopted such as choosing appropriate chemical composition,one-time spheroidizing treatment,instantaneous inoculation at pouring cup,strict control of melting and pouring processes,and so on.Finally,the key problem in production was solved and rate of qualified products reached 98%.
