摘要
在研究Cr4铸钢材料特性的基础上,通过开发高温浇注厚大断面球墨铸铁制造技术,采用卧式离心复合铸造方法,生产热轧带钢轧机用Cr4铸钢与球墨铸铁复合支承辊获得成功。两种材料实现了冶金熔合,力学性能指标及超声波检测结果满足用户技术要求,为大型支承辊降低生产成本,缩短制造周期提供了新的制造途径。
Based on the research of Cr4 cast steel and the technology of high-temperature casting of heavy section ductile iron,Cr4 composite backup roll which is used in hot strip mill has been manufactured by horizontal centrifugal casting method.This backup roll makes Cr4 and ductile iron get well metallurgical melting.The mechanical properties and the ultrasonic testing results all reach the requirement of the custom.The present technology provides a new way to reduce the production cost and shorten the manufacture period.
