摘要
学科评价作为科学评价的一个重要内容,受到越来越多的重视。学科发展评价可为学科建设过程中的决策和管理提供依据。杰出人才的研究水平决定于学科的建设水平,也直接反映了学科的发展状况。我国化学学科在过去十余年中取得迅猛发展,科研成果的质量和影响力不断攀升。通过选择1994—2004年间的化学学科国家杰出青年获得者的论文发表数据为研究样本,以科学引文索引为数据源,总结并分析了化学学科中国内杰出人才的论文总数、h指数、论文引用次数等科学计量学指标的变化趋势。研究表明,杰出青年人才的计量学指标能够反映学科发展情况,从而为未来构建完善的学科发展评价计量学指标体系提供了有力的支撑。
Subject evaluation,as an important subset of the science evaluation,received increasing attention because it can provide guidelines for decision-making and management during subject constructing.The research level of the distinguished young scholars depends on the level of specific subject development and also reflects development of the subject.The chemistry subject in China has made rapid developments during the past decade,with dramatical improvement of both the quality and the influence of the research achievement,In this paper,we analyzed the change in the bibliometric indicators of the distinguished young scholars（1994-2004） such as the total number of the published paper,h index,the citation of the published paper and so on.The results demonstrated that the bibliometric indicators of the distinguished young scholars can well reflect the subject development and will contribute to the establishment of reasonable evaluation systems in the future.
