摘要 Runx是一类转录因子蛋白的统称,主要有Runx1、Runx2和Runx3。它们的分子结构中均含有一个由128个氨基酸组成的DNA结合区,该结合区与果蝇属的分节基因Runt同源,因此而被称为Runt结构域。1999年，人类基因组组织（human genome organization，HUGO）将编码具有Runt结构域蛋白的基因通称为Runxx。
