糖皮质激素影响成骨细胞分化及补肾中药的调节机制 被引量:4

摘要 从长期、超生理剂量应用糖皮质激素对Runx2、Osterix、PPARγ2、C/EBPs、BMP-2、TGF等骨形成相关细胞因子的表达以及Wnt/β-catenin通路信号转导的影响,进而影响成骨细胞分化,探讨糖皮质激素诱发骨质疏松症的机制,并结合补肾中药对其调节作用,为中西医结合防治糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症提供理论依据,同时分析了成骨细胞分化与"肾主骨"的关系,从微观角度揭示了中医"肾藏精生髓主骨"理论的科学性和可靠性。 This article explores the pathogenesis of super-physiological dose of long-term use of Glucocorticoid inducing osteoporosis from its effects on expression of the cytokines related to bone formation such as Runx2,Osterix,PPARγ2,C/EBPs,BMP-2,TGF and signal transduction of Wnt/β-catenin pathway to affect Osteoblast differentiation in combination with the adjustable function of the reinforcing the kidney herbs to provide a theoretical basis for glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis prevention and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combining with Western medicine and analyzes the relationship between Osteoblast differentiation and "the kidney dominating bones" to show the TCM theory of "the kidney storing essence to produce marrow to dominate bones" scientific and reliable from the microscopic point simultaneously.
