摘要 用等质量的蝇蛆(按湿质量计)逐级替代对虾人工配合饲料,研究对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、肌肉营养成分及免疫参数的影响。试验分为5组(A~E),以凡纳滨对虾商品饲料A作为对照组,B、C、D、E分别替代A饲料总量的25%、50%、75%、100%。每组设2个重复,每个重复放养平均质量3.8 g的凡纳滨对虾50尾,养殖42 d。试验结果表明,B、C、D组凡纳滨对虾的体质量、体长、特定生长率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),E组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。肌肉蛋白质、脂肪、灰分各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),E组水分显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。各处理间红细胞密度无显著差异(P>0.05)。酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性随着鲜活蝇蛆比重增加呈逐渐下降态势,E组ACP与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其他处理组与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05);除B组AKP与对照组无显著差异外(P>0.05),其他处理组与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,用少量鲜活蝇蛆替代对虾配合饲料是可行的。 A 42-day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of housefly larva on growth performance,nutritional components and immunological parameters in Pacific white leg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei.The shrimp(average body weight 3.8 g) were randomly assigned to tanks at a rate of 50 individuals per tank and fed the formulated diets containing 0%(Group A as the control),25%(Group B),50%(Group C),75%(Group D) and 100%(Group E) housefly larvae with triplication.The results showed that there were no significant differences(P0.05) in body weigh,body length,specific growth rate between the treatments(P0.05) except group E(P0.05).There were no significant relationship with crude protein,crude fat,ash and red blood cell density between the treatments(P0.05).However,there was significantly higher moisture in Group E than that in other groups(P0.05).Some serum immunological enzymatic activities revealed that there were significant differences(P0.05) in alkaline phosphatase(AKP) except Group B(P0.05),whlie there were no significant differences(P0.05) in acid phosphatase(ACP) except Group E(P0.05),indicating that supplementation of fresh housefly larva in diet is feasible in shrimp culture.
