摘要
文中介绍了蝇蛆粉的营养价值,综述了在水产饲料中使用蝇蛆粉对水产动物生长性能、原料表观消化率、消化酶、体成分、肌肉品质、血浆生化指标、免疫力和抗氧化力的影响,并介绍了蝇蛆复合蛋白的应用研究和蝇蛆的生物安全性。提出蝇蛆粉可以作为鱼粉替代蛋白源应用于水产饲料,但应加强和深入蝇蛆粉在不同种水产动物中的替代水平及替代后对生长性能、免疫性能、肌肉品质及生物安全性等方面的研究。
This paper introduces nutritional value of maggot meal, and reviews the effects of maggot meal on growth performance, apparent digestibility, digestive enzyme, hotly composition, meat quality, plasma Moehemical indexes, immunity and antioxidant capacity, also introduces maggot compound protein in aquatic feed and the biosecurity of maggot meal. Maggot meal can be used as a substitute of fishmeal in aquatic feed. h should be further researched focusing on suhstitute proportion on different species and the effect on growth performance, immunity, meat quality, biosecurity and so on.
