摘要
对富含纤维素的江蓠提取琼胶后的残渣进行前处理,再加入20倍质量的8%NaOH溶液,经100℃蒸煮2 h便制得江蓠粗纤维素。纤维素经NaOH(质量比3:1)25℃碱化处理45 min后,加入氯乙酸(质量比2.5:1)于65℃进行羧甲基化反应2 h,得到的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)取代度达0.70,红外图谱与试剂CMC相似度高,热分析结果表明实验所得CMC稳定性良好。
Residue from agar production with gracilari is rich cellulose. The residue was dried, ground to pass 20 mesh screen, then the powder was extracted by 20 times mass NaOH of 8% at 100 ℃ for 3 h to prepare crude gracilaria cellulose, the cellulose was alkalized with 2 times mass of NaOH at 25 ℃ for 45 rain. Through carboxy methylation of chloroacetic acid at 65 ℃ for 2 h , sodium carboxymethylcellulose with substituting degree of 0.70 was gained, its IR spectrum agrees with that of CMC reagent.The thermal analysis results show that its thermal stability is good.
